We welcome new faces and returning guests to our stunning line up for November, whilst unfortunately losing others.

We are sad to announce that the "terrible twosome" of Fred and George Weasley - or as they are better known, James and Oliver Phelps - have had to 'disapparate' from our November shows due to work commitments. But all is not lost as we bring you another salvo in the war against boredom!

Dean O'Gorman: One of the youngest Dwarves on the journey through the Desolation of Smaug to the Lonely Mountain, The Hobbit's Fili returns to Supanova!

John Callen: One of the oldest Dwarves in Thorin's company, the hard-of-hearing Oin is still a formidable fighter! The actor playing him has been in over 100 stage shows, narrated close to 150 documentaries, and also appeared in Power Rangers Jungle Fury!

We are also supa-pleased to welcome back WETA Workshop to our November tour. They will have a stand on the floor and will be running panels at both shows.

They join our already exciting guest list which includes:

Peter Dinklage: Tyrion Lannister in Game of Thrones, Peter in Death at a Funeral.

Alexander Vlahos: Mordred in Merlin

Sean Maher: Simon Tamm in Firely and Serenity.

Laurie Holden: Andrea in the Walking Dead and Cybil in Silent Hill

Garry Chalk: Optimus Primal in Beast Wars and Colonel Chekov in Stargate SG1

For the full list of announced guests make sure you go to:

And remember, there are many more to come, so check out the Supanova website regularly!

When the Apocalypse actually happens and a billion people are raptured up to heaven, Lindsey (ANNA KENDRICK of Pitch Perfect) and her boyfriend Ben (JOHN FRANCIS DALEY of TV series Bones) are left behind in suburban Seattle. The young couple try their best to lead a normal life surrounded by talking locusts, blood rain showers, and pot-smoking wraiths. But when the Antichrist (CRAIG ROBINSON Pineapple Express) makes his home base in their neighborhood, Lindsey finds herself the object of his affection. With the help of her family, friends, and a lawn-mowing zombie neighbor, the young couple set off to stop the Antichrist from taking her as his bride... and just maybe, to save the world in the process.

Evil is coming. Bring protection.
BE STUNNED... to see LINDSAY LOHAN out of rehab!
BE GROSSED OUT... to see them in bed together (again)!

That’s right - the film series that good taste forgot is back for another stab at infamy. Scary MoVie takes all your favourite films and most beloved film stars, strips them, bends them over and gives them a good seeing to. Humiliation has never been so much fun.

From ‘Paranormal Activity’ to ‘Black Swan’, ‘Inception’ to ‘Mama’ and even the newly made ‘Evil Dead’, no film is safe from spoofing by writer DAVID ZUCKER, the twisted mind behind ‘Airplane’, ‘The Naked Gun’ and ‘Top Secret!’

Equally revered and reviled, Scary MoVie even strips teen-star ASHLEY TISDALE of her dignity. And you cannot unsee what SHEEN and LOHAN get up to in the privacy of their camera-filled bedroom. If TMZ, NASCAR and SNAPCHAT got together to make a movie then this sordid affair would be it.

Madman Entertainment are proud to announce the final two films in the REEL ANIME 2013 program – GHOST IN THE SHELL: ARISE and THE GARDEN OF WORDS.

In GHOST IN THE SHELL: ARISE, Motoko Kusanagi – cyborg and hacker extraordinaire from the military’s 501st Secret Unit – finds herself wrapped up in the investigation of a devastating bombing.

In the first of four all-new OVA (original video animation) instalments from the renowned Production I.G. – caretakers of the GHOST IN THE SHELL legacy – GHOST IN THE SHELL: ARISE marks a long-awaited return to the beloved GITS universe, and offers a thrilling new prequel story arc involving Motoko Kusanagi and her future Section 9 colleagues.

Upon its release in 1995, Mamoru Oshii and Production I.G.’s GHOST IN THE SHELL made a huge impact, not only with anime aficionados, but also with those in cyberpunk and cinephile circles. Along with the 2004 sequel, GHOST IN THE SHELL 2: INNOCENCE and the GHOST IN THE SHELL: STAND ALONE COMPLEX TV series, GITS has spawned a legion of fans worldwide, and remains one of the world’s most respected and enduring science fiction anime staples.

Between the raindrops, between the calm in the storm – what will blossom between these two in THE GARDEN OF WORDS?

When young student Takao decides to skip school in favour of sketching shoe designs in a rainy garden, he has no idea how much his life will change when he encounters Yukino. Older, but perhaps not much wiser, Yukino seems adrift in the world. Despite the difference in their ages, they strike up an unusual and unexpected relationship, which continues to blossom, without planning, and always in the same garden on a rainy day.

But the rainy season is coming to a close, and there are so many things still left unsaid and undone between them. Will there be time left for Takao to put his feelings into actions and words?

The latest work from acclaimed filmmaker, Makoto Shinkai (5 CENTIMETERS PER SECOND, CHILDREN WHO CHASE LOST VOICES), THE GARDEN OF WORDS is an emotional, calming and beautifully measured work that examines a chance encounter between two lonely people, showcasing all the superlative hallmarks that the remarkable filmmaker has come to be well regarded for across the globe.

Screening as a double bill, GHOST IN THE SHELL: ARISE and THE GARDEN OF WORDS join EVANGELION: 3.0 YOU CAN (NOT) REDO, 009 RE:CYBORG and A LETTER TO MOMO in a stellar theatrical line up of the best new animated feature films direct from Japan.

REEL ANIME 2013 will screen in selected cinema locations across Australia during October. Venues and sessions to be confirmed closer to the event.
